When even “healthy” foods inflame
Even the “healthy” foods can drive inflammation when your body is reacting to them. Group D clears fruits, vegetables including nightshades, herbs, and spices across 12 healings, often the hidden reason a clean diet still isn’t bringing relief.
Across this group you’ll move through:
- The foundation — fruits, vegetables, nightshades, herbs, and spices, your whole digestive system, and colors themselves. Color is included from the very first healing, because a produce allergy often won’t fully release until the body stops reacting to the color of the food.
- The nutrient layer — the full vitamin and mineral work runs through this group, with Vitamin C in early. It lives in so many of these foods that it’s frequently the reason the fruit or vegetable was never tolerated in the first place.
- The cross-reactive foods — grains, dairy, sugars, proteins, meats, fats and oils, nuts and seeds, salt, ferments, and the food and water chemicals that keep produce reactions active even after the produce itself has been cleared.
- The hidden drivers — the pathogens that travel on produce and the toxins they produce, alongside moulds, fungus and parasites, histamine and the other biogenic amines, oxalates and salicylates, metals, phenolics, plastics, pollution, dust, insects, and medications including antibiotics and anesthesia.
- The mouth and the gut — the final two healings go to the source. One to your mouth, which is where a produce reaction so often shows up first, as the tingle, the itch, the swelling. The other to your gut itself, and to everything you’ve taken over the years trying to fix it.
And the hidden toxins these foods carry.
This is what the title of this group is really pointing at. Produce doesn’t arrive clean anymore. Glyphosate, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and insecticides. The heavy metals and pollutants the soil holds and the plant draws up. The waxes and coatings on fruit, the ripening agents, the preservatives, the ethylene gas. The plastic it’s packaged in and the residues that migrate from it. The contaminated water it was irrigated with and washed in.
Your body has been reacting to all of it, and a lot of what looks like a fruit or vegetable allergy is actually a reaction to what’s on it and in it rather than the food itself. That’s why so many people find they can’t tolerate the “clean” diet they’ve been told to eat.
These healings clear your allergy and reactivity to every layer of it, and support your body in actually releasing what it’s accumulated, so the produce can finally be food again rather than a delivery system for everything sprayed on it.
This group also clears the sensory reaction, not just the eating. The sight of a food, the smell of it, the taste, the texture in your mouth. You can become allergic to the experience of a food and not only to the food, and for produce, where texture and smell are so vivid, that’s often exactly where the reaction is held.
The emotional layer: This is the group that reaches your relationship with the living world, and with the land your food grows in.
There’s deep work here with the crops, the orchards and the fields, and everything carried down from lifetimes of growing food: the lost harvests, the drought and blight, the famine, and the trauma of losing the ability to feed a family. Alongside it, everything sprayed on the food since, and the body’s very reasonable conclusion that what grows from the ground is no longer safe.
It also clears the emotions and trauma the body stores in the stomach and gastrointestinal tract, including what’s held from experiences of abuse.
And running through this group is a healing for higher perspective and understanding, so you don’t only release the pattern, you begin to see how you came to live in reaction to the living world around you, and how to live in harmony with it instead. That’s the quiet, foundational safety of feeling at home in yourself, and at home on the earth, which is so often the missing piece beneath chronic dysfunction that never quite resolves.
